BECAUSE THE AVERAGE CONSUMER KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT HACKING AND IS WILLING TO RISK THEIR $600 PURCHASE FOR MAYBE A SLIGHTLY BETTER SERVICE THAT THEY'RE NOT EVEN PERMITTED TO USE.

Regardless, Joe Consumer probably isn't going to do anything at all with the hacks and exploits available.
