SOO making Traded pokemon obey

I got a Lvl 19 Ponyta from GTS and nao it won't obey me  gonk;

I have the first Badge.

You gotta gain more badges in order for it to obey you.

I think the 3rd badge lets Pokemon obey you until level 30, not sure about the second one.

Lawlz is right, it's the second. If it was third, a lot of people would be screwed.

And you got screwed over with that 19 Rapidash, it can't learn any more level up moves..

I traded an Abra for a Turtwig, the Turtwig was level 1, so I traded it for a Ponyta.  jsr;

Then you should have kept it until you got further in the game.

IMO, the Turtwig is a pretty good Pokemon. Though, of course he gets much better in his final evolution.
