i certainly don't mind celery, it's sort of a mild mid-tier vegetable imo

more of a taste than a food, you know how wasabi, horseradish or the stronger dijon mustards have that spiciness that gets up your nose? can't stand that shit

and i don't like this either

wasabi may as well be poison to me, and horseradish ruins everything it touches >.<

unsurprisingly, they're all the same family of plant

If I'm being completely honest I think my least favorite food thing is marzipan though
Also bleu cheese because I will admit I am a cheese pussy
i've actually never had marzipan in my life befuddlement

blue cheese is great though
Things I will never eat on principle: casu marzu, balut, surstromming, anything still living (ie octopus/squid; Even san-nakji)
i agree with all of this, though i'll admit to being curious about how surstromming could possibly be so bad

things that i'd have to be on the verge of death to even consider eating:

 • non-crustacean arthropods

 • primates

i think i could eat any other animal if prepared well enough

actually ketchup tho

Even on hamburgers? befuddlement
ketchup SUCKS on burgers
pretty much only good for fries and even then i often prefer malt vinegar
Disagree  akudood;

Also on a related note, while it tastes okay, malt vinegar on warm fries smells like garbage baking in the sun

Kalahari Inkantation

i'm with ypr on the hamburger issue, but i do think that no good fries should ever require ketchup

in other words, most fast food fries are awful flavorless strips of potato that are somehow both dry and flaccid and only require ketchup because they're awful

i don't understand how it's possible that not a single one of the big fast food chains can make remotely decent fries

YPrrrr

I liked Wendys old fries the best the new ones are pretty generic imo.

Even good fries I prefer ketchup though. Plain fluffy potato needs some lube imo and the sweet ketchup goes well with the salty fries.

Then again I'm okay with ketchup on almost anything fried soooo

Hiro

i guess a little ketchup is good for corndogs too
but seriously ketchup on a burger is pointless especially if you have tomato on it already
i don't like the added sweetness either

their old fries were the generic ones goonish

Kalahari Inkantation

but ketchup tastes nothing like tomatoes lol

i agree that it is appropriate for corn dogs if mixed with mayonnaise in a suitable ratio

i've had a small order of mcdonald's fries sitting in my fridge for about 3 days now

i got through about half of them on day 2, with the help of copious amounts of sauces

but i don't know if i have it in me to bring myself to ever finish them

honestly, no amount of ketchup could possibly save those awful """fries""", i may as well be eating sun-dried shoelaces

the only consistently good fast food fries i've ever had are from checkers, which i don't think even exists west of the mississippi river

compare and contrast:

well despite those checkers fries looking objectively superior, i must say those mcdonalds fries look p. good too n_u
