i read like two paragraphs of something and then i have to run off to refresh boyah or my slack channels lol

i guess it makes sense, the browser refreshing lifestyle has been my habits and routine for literally close to a year. but its not good, it sucks how everything if you dont use it dies and then you end up being complacent and angsty.
