i dont like having a different app for every company but if they had a usable mobile site i'd use it

not really. if i know its gonna be busy and i have the option to pikup, then sure, but otherwise i dont really think about food i want until im in the resturant

If you count online ordering (via website) as mobile ordering (i.e. not exclusively through an app or SNS) i've used it in the past for fiveguys, firehouse, and a few local places that used some menu service.

I've never used a dedicated Starbucks/panera/etc app, on my phone to do so.

i count it since you can access it via the mobile browser
but i like download the app in two seconds and pay via apple pay so i just give my credit card to one company lol
but like for the chick-fil-a one app that one i might keep and i'll just reload it via giftcards from target that i get 5% off
