here's a new recipe

Bagel

Ingredients

  • Bagel

  • (Optional)Butter, Cream Cheese

Direction:
1. Cut Bagel in half
2. Eat Bagel
3. (Optional) For even wilder results, put bagel in a high heat toaster oven for 4-5 minutes. Additionally you could add some butter or cream cheese for additional flavors

strongbad

overnight oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk (or your milk of choice)
1/2 cup yogurt
whatever else you wanna throw in

leave overnight in a mason jar
so good and easy

??????

I started to experiment with steel cut oats last week (along with rice)

oatmeal bake (bake at 350 for 15-20 mins)
1c oats
3/4 tsp stevia extract
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
3 tbs butter
2 tbs maple butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
sour cherries

place in oven friendly bowl and bake
if you're fat you can replace stevia with just 1/4 cup of brown sugar instead it's just a method to cut down on a bit of calories
