So, anime is pretty weird on its own, but there's always the ones which like to turn it up to 11 and even you, a seasoned otaku veteran is left confused.

For me, this series would be "Sexy Commando Gaiden: Sugoi Masaru-san!!" I saw a few episodes on Veoh before it went to hell, but it was totally cool and made less sense than Excel Saga on E.

in all seriousness, Kuuchuu Buranko is still one of the weirdest shows i've ever seen, but it was great

i really hate anime (and shows in general, especially American animation) that try too hard to be strange/"random", like panty and stocking

kill la kill has some weird stuff like glowing nipples but i think that's just bizarro fanservice
